meanwhile smart black folks had plenty of opportunity to do this and raise property value but didnt.
I don't know whats going on over there, seriously. The D could have really been superior to ATL, but flopped so hard.
They can succeed. But I'm not going to pretend that blacks had some great opportunity in a black utopia that they dropped the ball on.
look at the history, there were black mayors because there were black people voting... not because blacks controlled politics and business in MI.
Plus it's like the white in the city did so great. These white people coming in aren't from Detroit. The whites, blacks, Mexicans,, etc failed because the auto industry failed and crime was bad because - well, I'm not about to give a history lesson. But just know that this shyts written.

We are only 1 of two black families on my street... i live in midtown.. nothing but smart crakkers who fixed up abandoned homes... or young hipsters who feel it's cool to live in Detroit now.
entire apartment buildings have gotten 60 notices to move out........ and replaced by foreign asian and local white college students.
My homegirl called the police for something minor 1 day--- 3 cars showed up in under 7 min.
lol, shyts different. They gonna leave the eastside alone only so that area and the wack ass cheap subs can warehouse all the people who don't fit in.
my building all asians and hipsters...i found an off campus tho i figured it would be like thatmy pops neighborhood tho
they buyin up them big ass historic cribs over thereshyt i know is gonna go for 100k+ if they hold on to it long enough

Im sorry but when you have the majority you do. there's just no excuse. I get what you're saying as far as the auto industry, I know all about it, but as far as small business, mid business, property etc etc. no, there's no excuse. white power structure my ass, show the money (jewish method) and they'll bend right over. ATL is a perfect example of that. You dont hear jews in NY complaining about a white power structure.

i agree that some blacks dropped the ball. But to be honest Detroit created the middle class in America with auto jobs. It's not like these nikkas were intellects or real estate mongols. White flight created the subs.. and of course 'moving up' meant to follow the flight .
They wouldnt have the insight to know that the historical property was the most valuable. The "Smart" blacks did stay in good numbers. Of course cac had the wealth in Mi for the most part, so before Detroit was set up for a new boom... they quickly grabbed up all the homes and abandoned buildings because they were the only ones that could afford to sit on the property. Poor white and mexicans weren't any more insightful than the blacks in Detroit.... it's just what it is.
this is the worst part of it all. There really isn't too much shyt like that in American any more, so they are basically getting the best shyt in our nation at the best deal. Architecture like that doesn't even exist any more.

Ive been saying for so long that the black community lack leadership qualities. this is why we fail all the damn time. Name one current organized criminal organization. just one. or even one big time black prison gang like the mexican mafia. something with structure. nothing, there's no one out there.its the mindset thats all throughout my city

I just dont get it. we make too many fukking excuses, either we're naturally stupid (which I dont believe) or we gotta start putting a spotlight out, weeding out the weak, calling out the stupid, an really put true LEADERS on a pedestal, not loud mouth people with no charisma just cause they're black. its time for some SORTING out.

There was way more opportunities in atl than it was in detroit. Detroit was not sme black mans paradise that nikkas destroyed.

Basically ignorant. yea that's the problem here. too many ignorance, and then when you reveal the ignorance people get defensive instead of learning. How the hell is a city predominately black and NO ONE thought about looking into the historical property value of certain areas, not one leader thought, hmmm this block could be the black wall street, let me prop it up.
Ill give the auto industry, Ill give you that much, but how are blacks to be self sufficient if they cant survive unless a monster massa company (plantation) employs them?

i actually been rooting for Duggan the whole time. he did good with the DMC and we need somebody that will do good for the economy. i know nikkas gonna vote for Benny just cause Duggan white but it is what it is
