If I could get a sit down with my boy Gilbert I would tell him to buy the whole east side and demolish the whole fukking thing. Rebuild the east side so these money hungry fukks can ride their bikes to Belle Isle and move everyone to the westside on some extreme gentrification shyt.

I'd advise any black/minority folks that are still in the city not to move out, it's going to be tough to move back in once the city is brought back up to prominence (still a while away i know). That would be my advise and/or at least buy some property while you still can. I'm thinking about making that move myself pending my job responsibilities, I still have access to my old crib.

The property that's mostly available now is bullshyt. Your money better be long caused you buying houses in the ghetto what type of people you think gonna move in em. The main problems with the neighborhoods is that there full of renters that don't a fukk about the property. It's gonna be YEARS before the real estate market makes a comeback in the neighborhoods in detroit.
