They ain't making 22-30 a hr. In Louisiana where I'm at CNAs make about 8-11 an hr. Lpn'n make about 12-17 and RNs make about 25-35 an hr. I work in the the lab as a MLS and we make the same as the RNs
You're in Louisiana. Maybe the healthcare in your state doesn't have much money to distribute.

I wear scrubs, a white dress for clinicals and I am IN RN school... I foolishly went to school for medical assistant, and later became the bombest Executive Assistant there ever was...

I heard in cali that they have a union or something as to where you had to be ASCP certified to even work... meaning I ain't gotta compete with mlt and other med tech's with different certs.
Lmao this pawg I was getting with was in actual nursing school and told me her sister used to tell peoples she was going to nursing school when she was really in phlebotomy school

Isnt the cost of living crazy that way...I pay like 700 here in Louisiana for rent and that's like a 3bed/2bath.
