As far as the rumors about myself and jay electronika ghost writing for Nas, let me say this. Nas is one of the if not the most prolific original lyricist to EVER do it. My contributions to his album was a collaboration and an honor and under his direction of what he wanted to convey and say. Haters cant discredit that man's genuis. Nas is the Don.

I dont think its outta the realm of possibilty for any mc. If I've been doing this for 20+ years and my rep is solidified and cemented as a top lyricist, I would be open to spit bars from another mc or giving one of the lil n!ggas in the studio a chance to shine on a verse or two. That's how you collaborate. It's like filmmaking. Scorsese gets input from the cinematographer on how to light the scene. He gets input from the editor on how to pace a scene. The actor and writer also, but in the end, it's a Scorsese film - his style and imprint is blatant.
