Treacherous slander of the gawd

nikka finally comes out with a critically aclaimed album and now nikkaz is writing his shyt? :duck:

"nikkas fear what they don't understand, hate what they can't conquer
Guess it's just the fury of man
Became a monster, on top of the world, never fallin
I'm as real as they come, from day one, forever ballin"

where do you think the truth spin on her part is if you don't think she's lying/has no reason to lie

yes, it does seem like an attempt to discredit nas...but if you had heard things from artists themselves like reference tracks done for nas...wouldn't you feel maybe he needs some discrediting after he vehemently denies ever using a ghostwriter?

Thats the thing, her point isn't to say Nas isn't a great lyricist...she did the typical hater cop out "he's still in my Top 10" :shaq2:.

Her point is that the political/conscious/revolutionary shyt you heard on the ****** Album came from somebody elses brain. Which is a ridiculous point becuz I loved the album, but nothing said on there was mindblowing or beyond Nas' ability.

people start criticizing Jay-Z enough,we'll mess around and find out who put the hit on Kennedy and the truth behind the moon landing

Nothing sacred to Jigga stans. Dr. King, Mother Teresa, anybody can get it...

Don't even care about this accusation, would need hard evidence to believe it. But watching the nas stan kingdom defense mechanisms go into overdrive makes this shyt gold. THANK YOU BASED DREAM! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Kind of makes sense though...considering that was really the first Nas album I really had no interest in whatsoever. I know a lot of ppl that are Nas fans that werent really checking for that album either. The content just seemed so off the wall even for Nas.

I was never into that Dead Prez stuff either...

the thing is, i am not even accepting that has didn't do that album. and if you do, thats is what is gonna get the ball rolling, and people gonna start questioning nas whole legacy. they gonna start questioning his classics from the 90's. thats why the implication is foul.

I remember Nas saying him and Stic.man were bouncing ideas and such. It wouldnt surprise me if he lend Nas a hand on a hook or some ideas but completely ghost write, I doubt it.

Hip hop was dead was originally suppose to be the ''******" album but Def Jam thought it was too early for something so drastic, so he stepped back from it...He was always going make that album and has always had political shyt in his rhymes...Idk why cats act like its so far-fetched for Nas to write that shyt

1. It's hilarious how angry this whole story is making Nas fans, the thought that their god could have possibly had other people writing for him has brought out all types of defenses, countless "exhibits" (pun definitely intended) of how Nas is so superior to every breathing organism in the world, and flat out denial.

2. Clearly "Life is Good" was all Nas since he doesn't go one verse without mentioning "back in the day", which has been a staple his entire career since the first time he fell off
