Yes he is.
He's an elite man to man defender.....and he looked better on offense when Reggie Jackson was out as he started to show signs of maybe creating his own offense at times. He put up 16/3/3 and was starting to get it together, then Reggie came back and sucked the life out the Pistons.

Lol if we signed kcp to what he's looking for we'd be clowned heavy, it's why I can't take the media serious.
We definitely overpaid for thjr, and especially right after Phil left it's not a good look but I sort of understand...even though we are rebuilding we need at least a few players...whatever, I'm ready to just see what else the Knicks do to at least make this shyt a little more palatable, hopefully.

Flip side his in inability to shoot well regularly might not make him better than Timmy for the hybrid Hornecek/Tryangle system the Knicks are setting up. He also wants Max money and if he's smart he'll wait to see if the Wiz match Otto and go to Brooklyn.
Not happy about Timmy.... but I am not sure it would KCP would even be an option for the Knicks. Especially when other teams are looking to pay him good money. The only reason the Knicks are getting a player at all is by heavily overpaying and taking a risk.
