Yeah man. He evolved a lot! I don't know him but I did see him a few times over a week or so when he was down here in NC about 10 years ago. He used my car to write to a couple of beats. Really good dude. Very friendly and very humble. I hope he's getting some success from his music, because he works really hard at it and is still one of the more underrated emcees out there.
I still have to check this project. I haven't heard it yet.

there very few rappers and industry people that arent phonies, cowards, pyschopaths or a$$holes and hes none of that ...
he really needs a dame dash to be the bad guy for him .. but hes a man of great integrity .. am glad hes getting the recognition he deserves

Dream Deferred is is worst project. It's not wack but Mos def not the best one.

I love A Dream Deferred but I think this album has potential to eclipse that as his best work. A Dream Deferred had several tracks that I wasn't feeling (Give It Up, Glass Ceilings).
I can't say that about this one.
