My upcoming ankle fusion surgery is bad enough for me. Can't even imagine a whole knee replacement.

damn good luck breh....ive had mad sports related injuries n they tried to tell me I need this and that (in my 20s) n I declined. If I go out again at my age its surgery no doubt

Physically I'm doing great. I stay active and work out. But I swear the gray hair came out of nowhere. And my crown starting to look like Manu Ginobili
man don't sweat it. I always had low cuts but I'm tall AF. when u super tall that hairline shyt dont even matter cause the hoes looking up anyways

Flat footed and my left leg a pinch shorter so I would lean a little to the left. Took me years to even notice that I did that shyt. With that, I was constantly putting unnecessary weight on my ankle.
Around July of last year, my ankle started hurting really bad out of nowhere. Now my feet would hurt if I stood too long but this shyt hit different.
Tried a couple of podiatrists and the Good Feet Store but they were only band-aids (and you know those specialists ain't cheap smh).
My left foot be hurting damn near daily.
Had my annual checkup with my doctor in July and he referred me to an orthopedic surgeon. Surgery before the end of the month and I can't put weight on my foot for 6 weeks (out of work for at least 3 months).
Hope you can avoid surgery but if you really need to get it done, do it. I should've handled this shyt years ago.

@35yrs old was in a wheel chair for 6+ months then crutches then a cane .. took over 18months to walk
Now Im dealing with this..
