shouldn't Ancient Egypt be counted as an extension of Nubia?

I saw that debate..she did not give him anybody work..Mary doesn't know shyt about Egypt..all she knows is Greece...Dr Hendrick knows all history..Martin bernal was cosigning dr Hendrick..so how did she give anybody work, if she has never studied Egypt :what:

She systematically dismantled the claims that everything the Greeks accomplished should be credited to Egypt. It's impossible to be an expert on Ancient Greece and to have "never studied Egypt," stop talking out of your ass. It's the Afro-CENTRIC scholars who are academically limited since their primary concern is with pushing the notion that everything of worth to have come out of different civilizations was in reality African in origin. They feed on people who would otherwise have no interest in world history and are gullible enough to pick up their books and be under the impression that they are reading some scholarly...that leads to the kind of bullshyt you see in this thread...people making wild claims and when you ask them to explain their position they ignore your request and instead refer you to books written by one of these clowns.

Dr yosef is an idiot?:what: He's the leading authority on ancient Egypt..he's also like a some mason or some shyt..

She didnt dismantle any claims..she even admitted to not knowing anything on Egypt and has admited to never setting foot in Africa..she was getting booed by the audience..Dr Hendrick was schooling her cac ass..even Dr Hendrick is telling the bytch that white historians say the same stuff he speaks about..even if they're Eurocentric they're still not fukking up the facts..of there was no Egypt there would be no Greece..simple as that

And why are you Lol'ing at Dr Ben Yosef? The dude spent his life studying Egypt..he's lived in Egypt digging on sites doing acheology..

But like I said..you're one of the people that try to discredit black historians ..,you're a cac obviously..or a c00n..either or

what the fuk are you even taking about, why are you comparing senegal and gambia, two countries that were created by europeans less than 100 years ago to east africa 1000 years ago? you're an idiot

sudan is one of the most c00nish countries on the planet right now, not just because of the past but because of what they are doing right now, they are, as we speak, engaging in slavery and genocide of other black people in the name is islam
sha sha :whistle:shabba ranks

anyway, get off Sudan's dikk fakkit. No one group is c00nish... they are individuals. Just like the man black American c00ns.

Instead of posting pictures of books that were played out in 1999 why don't you address the issue in your own words?

did you not see where sun asked for sources?

Egyptian yoga? :snoop:

"yoga" goes back to the sanskrit term meaning "union," in reference to the union between the higher and lower self.

original "yoga" practices were a set of tools to help merge the collective consciousness with one's individual consciousness for everyday functionality here on earth. youre thinking about the term yoga with a western mind, when that is not the context yoga was created in.

in the book egyptian yoga he's actually talking about how to think and act in a manner that is beneficial for one's spiritual development. he's not talking about the yoga of today.

and in the introduction of that book the author talks a little about the history of egypt/ethiopia/africa.

what is egyptian yoga about... what is black Athena about? I have the rest, I just haven't read them.

egyptian yoga is about the mental, physical, and spiritual activities that lead us to connect to our higher selves. the book is a dope, dope read you should definitely check it out.

black athena talks about the african roots of the civilizations around the mediterranean, specifically greece. it has some good information on the history of the entire region.

What does a stupid book cover that she probably didn't even select herself have to do with the facts? Of course the crowd is going to boo and jeer her when she is saying things they don't want to hear, similar to what you're doing now.

and as far what you're saying about her not knowing enough about Egypt, it can cut both ways, none of these guys whose nuts you're hanging off of are experts in anything, that's why they aren't taken seriously in any academic circles and only get lauded by people who share their misguided opinions. Diop is an exception, though.

All lefkowitz did was defend Greek accomplishments from being mis-characterized as being "stolen" from Egypt. If that is "offensive" to you then you have a problem. She doesn't even concern herself with the race of the Ancient Egyptians, but she does say that culturally, they were more similar to the Persians, Arabs, Greeks than they were to Sub-Saharan Africans....that's a fair position to hold.

Western mind? Breh, the bottom line is that if someone genuinely wants to learn about what real yoga is all about, that book isn't where it's at.
