Should men be forced to pay child support if they let the woman know in advance that they don’t want the child?

as with anything people will take advantage of loopholes, but in this instance it would take lots of lying and crime to make it happen.

Father would have to fully relinquish his rights to the kid, work and make money under the table/hustle/sell drugs. Have a fake address he pretends to live at. And pay all the bills for the mother who…

Would have to pretend she has no clue who the father is. Not go to work. Lie about who lives with her. And basically commit fraud and risk both her and the dads freedom, just to get some damn food stamps.

Not saying this doesn’t happen, but it ain’t that common.

Father would file the dependent, then the Gov will go after the mother for child support and figure out they are all living together and adjust the level of assistance accordingly.

This don’t make no kinda sense. Adoption ain’t free. There’s lines of kids waiting to get adopted that will never get picked up.

In any situation it’s best for the kid that their own parents takes care of them.

Even better if parents who don't want the kid to just abort the fetus to begin with and not risk the child becoming a statistic.

I think you're giving the govt a level of hawkish competency that doesnt really exist on a granular level. The bureaucracy is huge and they cant keep up with everyones movement all the time. If someones mailing address is at a particular location they're not going to start an investigation to see if they are actually living there unless theres some obvious fraud being committed
