Just finished watching both episodes and came away impressed. A lot of political maneuvering and religious beef. I can see this holding the TV championship belt over the next couple of months

For all the promo talk of "authenticity"...there's no way this show was going to have six languages (and all the attendant subtitle work) in the mix at the same time.

In my travels I've been fortunate to travel around Japan by train and you would be suprised by how many "Dutch Wonderland/European style" theme parks are scattered around the country. In Nagasaki they have maintained some of the mansions that the Europeans stayed in when they arrived and its one of their main tourist attractions in the city.
