It's great. Drama, some gruesome stuff happens in the first two episodes but it's mostly well-acted political setup.

Man fukk Hulu. Watched the entire episode in Japanese. Didn't realize they had an English dub till the end. Should have been the default.

Haven't watched the new one yet, but the 80's version wasn't.
But it did have a bit of "these Asian people are willing to kill people brutally in a way that's shocking to the visiting Western guy".
