And then the question will be asked: "Was she lying back then, or lying now?"

The answer I gave u is good enough for Dem voters - the only ones that matter

She’s gonna put out some long detailed statement talking about how rehashing this episode is very traumatic but she feels obligated bc this is such an important time in our nations history.

She will say that we both made mistakes but that for the betterment of our kids we worked beyond them and I’m proud to say that I’ve been a strong supporter of sherrods political career for decades. The American people know that not all marriages are perfect, and in fact many times people come to the difficult decision to split - and I think I speak for many people when I say that looking back there were many things I may change / but we can’t change the past, only work towards a better future :wow:

This will be the last statement I have on the matter but I find it strikingly hypocritical that the same people who are now dissecting our marriage had no problem supporting a man who cheated on all of his wives with porn stars, funded abortions for his mistresses, and frequently engaged in bizarre and downright hedonistic sexual behavior with allegedly underaged prostitutes.

Low key a lot of these white guys have no problem with a guy having slapped his wife around bc they’ve done that shyt themselves.

“Well hell I love her to death but sometimes my ol lady needs to know when not to push my buttons”

Dude is definitely running. Only thing that scares me is if one of the top female Dems try to Al Frankenstein his candidacy. I'm guessing the republicans like fund some dark money PAC masquerading as a liberal woman's group to get him out of the race.

Dude definitely has to be looked at carefully, a Dem that won a statewide race in OHIO.

ive looked objectively at all of the other well recognized potential candidates (the ones that haven't denied they're thinking about it) and it's not even close. again the major weakness will be whatever happened between his wife and he. i could see russians/GOP and whomever else wants, looking to manufacture a huge divide between Dem women on this issue.

Not only that but Sherrod Brown is the most liberal Democrat with a chance and would be the most liberal Dem candidate in many decades. Dude is a bona fide progressive liberal.

People don't remember but when Obama tried to slide Larry Summers bytch ass into the Federal Reserve Brown drafted/circulated a letter and got enough signatures from senators to basically force summers to withdraw his nomination.

They're scared.

He's the truth. He needs to lay low for a while, let the other big names get all the media exposure (and scrutiny).
brown/beto might end up being a hell of a ticket :ehh: if there's anyone who can get trump voters back IN the next election, it's probably this dude

No fukking way that ticket loses. But I could definitely see some people (actually a lot) that will demand a woman/minority be on the ticket.

Brown/Harris would be strong as well and may be a good fit in terms of bridging gap between those two important Dem constituencies (mid west blue collar and west coast liberalism/minority)

Looks good on paper. But I think black people are a little more "woke". Harris may look like the token negro on that ticket and it may turn off a lot of young black voters.

I really would like to understand y'all thinking on Kamala Harris and why she would be a good candidate because she has no connection to African Americans whatsoever. Even her Black side isn't African American and she has not said nor done anything to deserve our vote. She hasn't accomplished enough for people to be like, "Oh hell yeah, we should be energized enough to vote for her just because she says nice words!"

White people are not going to vote for another Barack Obama type for a VERY LONG TIME. So, y'all might as well just get that out of your heads right now. She doesn't appeal to Rust Belt nor the

That’s why shed be VP.

You think Obama had some magical connection to the black community when he first emerged?

Main reason is that the Dem party base will demand a woman and/or minority on the ticket.

Secondly is that we need to have a fighter as VP. Can’t have a softie in that role bc assuming as in my case that Brown is candidate he’s not known for having that quality.

I have issues with her as the head of the ticket.

She wouldn't even be a good choice as VP. Even a VP can drag you further down. Hillary Clinton chose Tim Kaine and she was an even bigger joke than before.

Obama had a Black American family working in his favor. Regardless of what anybody says, deep down inside I don't see us African Americans voting for Obama had he had a wife that looked like Megyn Kelly. Also he didn't have baggage before running like Kamala Harris does.

Wrong. If we're trying to beat Trump in today's social climate, picking somebody of color is a death sentence and you might as well prepare for Trump's second term. Gillum and Abrams are both full blooded African Americans and they came close, but this country doesn't want a Black person in charge. We need somebody who can win the Rust Belt and the Bible Belt vote and perhaps sway SOME Trump supporters and they are NOT going to vote for somebody even HALF BLACK. You have to be able to win states other than California and New York, you do know that?

She's not a fighter when she's part of the establishment. She's not going to mess up her money. :usure:
