Nope.. show outside of ep 1 has been ass. WandaVision was pretty good. Loki was good.

Stans have no concept of anything beyond "you must hate because.." instead of just saying yeah the show hasn't been funny and it's been mostly corny.

Or the "stans" disagree with you. Some people were determined to hate this before any footage was seen. Those are the people that "stans" are pushing back against. Otherwise people like myself are just enjoying the show.

the MCU narrative has shown that the hulk is a man with internal struggles.
in overcoming these "struggles" hulk/banner merged.
norton focused on the wrong thing i.e. "cursed but confident" whereas ruffalo focused on the right thing i.e. "conflicted and non-confident"

I think this is playing out like a Star Wars show. A lot of people are overlooking its flaws to avoid the incel/neck beard/sexist label, but this show isn’t that good right now. Maybe it will change idk but its just a bit too goofy at times.

The mcu narrative is initially based off of Norton’s portrayal of the hulk which was the correct version of him as all interpretations of a character created in another medium of fiction is deemed the correct portrayal of said character. Norton’s Bruce Banner was the closest to the comic book which is the source material making him better.

The mcu is not an original creation it is an adaption of another medium meaning the further is strays from that the less likely it will capture the essence of said characters. Moreover, the characters created will always be judged based on the comics that they are adapting from which is why people disliked moon knight and loved daredevil because how both characters measured up to the comic counterparts.

Norton’s version measures up and Ruffalo’s version does not the changing of the character portrayals damaged the hulks characterization and allowed him to become a second fiddle when he was always an a list character.

They also showed they didn’t understand the she hulk because she-hulk is about wish fulfillment and self-love. She-hulk and Jen are different she-hulk represents everything that Jen wishes she could be which was why she stayed in the she-hulk form as much as she did because she lacked confidence.

I know she doesn't become another mental entity and doesn't suffer from a split personality. Jen doesn't acted the same when she's She-Hulk. Jen wouldn't have never twerked but She-Hulk would have.
