People are taking this issue too personally on here.
If you owned a barbershop/salon in a black neighborhood, and one of the barbers kept going on and on about how black women are not good enough for black men.
Would you keep that barber on?
Even though he offended a large portion of your customer base?
What does that barbers social/political views have to do with your barbershop?
Its the same reason why men in corporate environments wear dark suits and generally have short hair.
Its because business isnt about how fashionable you are...its about the business and your customers.
Wether you agree w/ Kaep or not doesnt matter...he's making the game about him.
yes...because the subject isnt important.you seriously considering a situation like that to be the same as police brutality against minorities?
negged.
So, he's not allowed to have his own opinions and speak out about anything?yes...because the subject isnt important.
its about an employee making your business about them and their opinion.
Kaep was hired to throw a football, entertain people, and make sure sponsors pay for advertising space.
Nothing else.
Shannon c00ned it up when he said no comment when people were asking him to speak out on behalf of Lavar after that Leahy racial attack.Nah breh while FS1 stay with the c00ns. I can honestly say that shannon has nkt c00n it up omce on that shiw ir before when he was on twitter or worked with CBS
Who did MLK work for?lol he's making the game about him because he's standing up for something
was MLK making the civil rights movements all about him just because he stood up as a leader and got a lot of credit?
Someone is always gonna be the leader of a movement....someone HAS to do it...doesn't mean its all about them. I dont see Kap doing interviews and acting like a victim. He's just doing good work on the low and keeping it pushing. He's not attracting attention solely to himself AT ALL
not if may have a negative impact on the business. So, he's not allowed to have his own opinions and speak out about anything?
fukk out of here you clown.
But that's where I think he messed up....lol he's making the game about him because he's standing up for something

meh...im not watching 17 minutes of this....
bottomline: kaep is not good enough to deal with the headache his being on the team will cause....every single player every single week will get asked about him being on the team....shyt's a disruption....

Act like Bobby Bowden ain't the grand wizard brehs
thats the whole point. he not creating awareness protesting in his driveway. But that's where I think he messed up....
I think the blowback would have been marginal..if he had of done it on his own time in his own home, or a private setting or on FB or twitter or something like that.... BUT
he put on the team uniform and NFL logo, went into the stadium on national TV on NFL time and made a controversial political statement.
He also voiced his opinions on NFL time in an NFL lockeroom for all the world to see.
In the eyes of some viewers...he's speaking on behalf of the NFL when he does that whether they actively endorse it or tolerate it...it makes them look complicit in it.
There's a reason why you can't say or do certain things in a cop uniform...or in military regalia.
