fair enough...but they're other ways to make a change that doesnt put your lively hood in jeopardy.

Lets be honest...him kneeling/sitting really didnt change any opinions...it just caused a media firestorm.
If he wanted to actually be a cause for change...he would need to offer up some solutions, and take the time to work it out.

Ive said it before, and ill say it again...he made it all about him.
Great, your sitting out of the national anthem...now what?

Then he starts calling cops pigs, and supporting Che Guevara...those arent the actions of a man that wants black people safe.
Thats how 16 year olds rebel against their parents.
True but I don't think that's Kap's fault. I think that speaks to just how racist America is. Dude didn't ask for the attention, he just took a knee cause he ain't wanna stand for dat racist ass song. He can't help how the media spins shyt and how the public reacts to it.

They made it about him "disrespecting America" instead of how America disrespects black people, which is the only point that should be talked about.

But you're not getting it...YES the league's bottom line will still make money....

BUT you're asking the people who run the place to put their reps and jobs on the line...

What about the Owner?
What about the President/GM who sign off on it?
What about the coaches who sign off on it?
What about the scouts who sign off on it?

They all take "behavioral problems" into consideration when they assess players...

If Kaep causes problems, or if there is a major (even if temporary blowback), if their are protests that bring negative attention to the team...who do you think pays for that?
Who do you think gets blamed for it?
Who do you think is at risk of losing their jobs, and Any future employment elsewhere in the league or sport?

If you're a GM/President or other Admin staff or coaching staff, would you do it?

The only thing there really is to gain on any of this for the league and it's staff is some random daps on thecoli...

This comes down to white people are uncomfortable with minority social issues being brought to work.

Mara did say that he recieved the most emotional emails ever concerning the signing of Kaepernick. (LIES!) I believe these included season ticket holders.

But I think a Kaepernick signing could bring a hellova of more fans to the team he signs. But is it worth losing season ticket holders and sponsors? Will the new fans replace the revenue of the potential lost of season ticket holders?

Yall believe anything. Nfl aint bout to lose viewership if Kaep plays no more than they're going to lose Black support if he dont. Bottom line, people arent boycotting their entertainment. Nfl could have kept it moving. The owners have made it clear that that peaceful lil protest was personal to them and thats the only reason this man is unemployed. fukk the Nfl.

Do you NOT see/read all the stuff he does for the community or you're just choosing not to?
Im not talking about the community...im talking about his "protest".

What is he doing to change the current system?
How does him kneeling make a change?

Once he kneeled...he made it the NFLs problem.
You think they want to deal with that?
The NFL is not a political organization...so why would they want a player making social/political commentary?

which is why most corporations have rules against talking about politics/social issues/religion.

Its not a black/white issue....its common business sense.

Thinking about Ray Lewis and his c00n shyt.
This man threw his friends and to this day throws his former friends under the bus as if they were criminals and did anything wrong with that stabbing.
Those brothers went to trial with Ray's bytch ass testifying against them and beat the charges and were found to have acted entirely in self defense in the stabbing.
Think about that shyt, Ray Lewis to save his own ass threw some brothers who were holding him down under the bus and acts like they are bad street folks to this day, for acting in self defense.

fukk Ray Lewis till the day he dies.

:mindblown:

nikka Rosa Parks didnt know she was about to cause a major change, she was just tired from work and didnt wanna get up, it sparked something in people who werent c00ns and made a change

Kaep didnt wanna stand for a racist ass country's anthem, i HIGHLY doubt he thought it would go this far, it has the potential to cause change as well but these owners and these softshoe tapdancin ass c00ns are working overtime to make sure they snuff it out

Look if you don't like it DONT WATCH IT, its as simple as that. Until someone actually shows me something contradicting what Mara says then I stand by my comment.

When teams are threatened to lose money over a signing, then that will be taken into consideration. And that's the bottom line.

It's mind boggling that Ray Lewis and Michael Vick of all people, especially considering their enormous legal troubles of the past, can be so c00nish...
That's exactly why. They are compromised and know that. They have to play the game without fighting back cause media can destroy him in a day of need be. Or he can stfu keep it moving and make millions every year.

Vick did similar shyt. He's a coach now. He will have a well paying job in the NFL till he says he's done.

He who pays the Piper calls the tune
