Maybe, but manziel was in the league for 5 minutes and the browns literally tossed Mayfield in the trash for a black qb with multiple pending sexual assault charges, so probably not the best examples to use

He's giving him wisdom and revealing an unpleasant truth when it comes to black athletes and sports. They tried to vilify Lamar Jackson and his Mom for not using an agent and referred to them as dummies.... and a significant amount of so called nikkas on the coli agreed. With all that being said, Lamar still ended up being the highest paid QB for a brief moment, minus an agent. See, nikka athletes are commodities to uber rich white folks and they feel that everyone in their white circle should make money off of your potential gross revenue.... When you start bucking the process and prevent some of their close white friends from making money off your talent, like agents, lawyers, etc, then you become an enemy of the state so to speak and get semi blackballed unless your talent is just to great to be denied.....

Yeah dude was talking about a whole other side of this I never considered and basically blamed Deion for Shedeur slide.
Basically said that the agents are the ones who set up the meetings with teams and because 99% of players have one when you don't it's more difficult and teams aint really trying to deal with you.
Said some teams were already agitated with all the hoops they had to go through just to set up the interview so they already looking at Shedeur sideways before he walk in the room.
He came with the wrong energy with the cockiness and jewelry on and league is essentially 'punishing him' for it. Especially in this day and age, they are not looking for Deion Sanders at qb. They'll let it slide at CB or WR, but if you're going to be the black qb, you have to give off that 'humble energy'.
There is no way cuh is a Day 3 pick. How is that even possible to go so low?
