What advantage? They ain't got no money and no technical infrastructures compared to the US, China or Russia, even France, All them big lab are not Jamaicans. Those four countries as I said, have both the incentives and WAY more money and means.

People forget Jamaicans have been dominating sprinting since the 1950s. Some of the past champions like Donovan Bailey, Linford Christie, etc competed for different countries but they're Jamaican.
