After the disappointment that was Foundation, I had modest expectations for this show and it really delivered. I had some minor quibbles (especially with Ms. Cobel in the final episode) but overall it was a very good season and well worth the watch.

Wow really good finale. Every scene had me Watching the 3 characters slowly putting it all together, great acting in this episode. Felt like there were enough revelations to make it satisfying and enough of a cliffhanger to have me excited about season 2. Really great first season for a new and original show.

Yeah, this is the first time I’m disappointed to hear that a good show is getting a season 2. I thought this was gonna be a miniseries like DEVS. I hate when mystery-like plots like this get drawn out to death.

Using the Egg Party and Dance Experience to give the perception that they were having a great time at work when that wasn’t the case

She didn't just get in she made it all the way backstage and had her hands on the daughter of the leader of the cult/company

I hate when shows that are supposed to be "better" than that use those cheap cheat codes.

I haven't felt this way about a show since the first season of LOST

And no, I don't see why this should be a mini series (unless they had extended to a longer season). There's a lot of room here for potential material with the way the world building has been set up.

The fact they actually gave solid answers to questions gives me hope.

This doesn’t seem like a puzzlebox mystery but a more of a psychological thriller.

We know what the Egan’s want. Mark knows his wife is and she’s alive. Irving knows Burt is okay.

We’re looking for how they react to the finale vs what the mystery within the mystery is.
