There is no way to boycott them. You would be boycotting Cigna and the only people that would hurt would be the members. Evicore is mostly business facing and does not deal with actual members often

What worries me are the companies who overinvest so much on AI hype they start looking for cuts and profits anywhere. Those are the companies that will shut down departments for AI doing the job 1/3 as good.
