I agree, but you can't do anything about those people short of exterminating them. Cause we know damn well our jail system isn't going to actually attempt to rehabilitate someone. Fortunately we don't believe in shyt like that because this is a first world country and we aren't barbaric pieces of garbage..... Some atheists are very bright but I think majority have suffered some trauma which caused their belief in god to dissipate. Little do they (atheists) know, their belief in god not existing is similar to those who believe in god's existence. Everything is based on trust in your personal beliefs.

Just stating the logical conclusion to the end of extremism, but as I pointed out we thankfully don't operate that way. I honestly just wish we tried to rehabilitate people rather than putting them in prison and just turning them into even worse versions of the criminals they went into the system as.

i have never actually talked to another person who didn't believe in god outside of the internet as it just didn't come up in anyway and most are somewhat afraid to admit. You know why? Because religious people. Whom have very much made it aware to me and plenty of other people IRL that they believe in god without anyone caring

You begin your post with the above part, which doesn't make a lot of sense. If I can't prove the existence of something, why would I believe it exists. Nevermind the fact that has been 100s if not 1000s of supposed Gods throughout history and the definition of God differs from person to person, culture to culture and so on.

Wether I believe in God or not isn't gonna change a damn thing to God existing or not. Now, consider the following:

1. There's no tangible proof to the existence of God. We cannot hear, smell, feel or touch God so how do we know if God exists or not.
2. What's the definition of God? There are iterally hundreds to thousands available.

Ask a christian or muslim about teh existence of God and he'd say it is a fact rather than faith. For them, believing in God or not isn't similar.

I found that point hilarious. Usually it's the other way around. A trauma causes people to turn to God out of desperation. Like people who start praying when they think they're about to die despite not going to church at all most of their life.

Most of my friends don't believe in a higher power, and it had nothing to do with some sort of trauma. We just have no need for religion, and our thought process has brought us to the point where we see no reason to believe in in the validity of it either.
