Dis it hit you the next day? You woke up locked the hell up?

my arms were sore after the workout Thursday. I worked the following day, throughout the day Friday my arms stiffened up. Yesterday my arms started swelling, my urine got dark, I couldn’t sit because my thighs were in pain, shoulders aching, stomach sore... all jacked up

Sorry to hear about this...classic example of way to much to soon.
Alot of beginners who go to the gym actually need a professional to show them how to start off and progress,otherwise these injuries happen and totally discourage them.

But after awhile,you embrace the pain and it becomes a relationship.
I'm 23 years in with this shyt and got a leg workout in yesterday so brutal I can barely walk.

All praise due.

Folk gotta treat working out more seriously. If you’re someone who doesn’t work out at all and then all of a sudden you start going hard in the gym, it’s best I get a dull physical and speak to your doctor. You have no idea what underlying issues you may have.

also, everyone thinks they’re a trainer. Pace yourself work out with people who know we’d they’re doing.

Plenty of stories where people start working out and either hurt themselves seriously or end up dead.

I said thats not what a very beginner should be focused on at first
