nikka must've felt some type of way and wanted to keep up. Bruh could barely move the next day. I told him drop the weight but nahhhhh

By not jumping into the deep end when you just entered the kiddie pool. People who been working out awhile know not to jump from their regular 175lb squat to doing something stupid like 300 lb jumps squats. Just be smart lol
Oh okay. I thought it was deeper than that because I’ve been wilding out on those trap bar Farmer’s Walk recently. No issues, I’m just saying.

Just started working out... I was gradually working my way up in weights. Feeling good as hell. Trying to get a nice physique going. :ehh:

then...

I went to the gym with my bruh. nikka had me doing CrossFit with weights.

long story short... he had me do intense pull ups with a 45lb plate between my legs. Now my arms are swollen and locked up at the elbow in a L shape. My thighs and mid section on fire.

I was admit into ICU with Rhabdomyolysis. On an IV they are saying my kidneys was taking a beating.

CrossFit is useless and will get you hurt. Stay far away from it. Just stick to traditional movements with strict form

Even when do lightweights after not working out for a long time the soreness will still be there

I tried to tell him. Guess he was stung since in HS he was stronger than me. :mjlol:

Since then he's stopped completely again and is bordering on obese at 6'0 260lbs smh

What’s crazy is that ever since I started the gym... it’s all I can think about.

I’m frustrated that I’m laid up fukked up when I can be bulking up. :sadcam:

I feel as if the little time I’ve invested is already wasted. Not to mention I was up to eating 5 times a day and drinking Boosts.

cant eat like that wired up in this hospital bed :mjcry:

After reading his post I just imagined him cramping up on a half rep before plopping to the floor with a 45 lb plate chained to his hip :sadcam:
