We'll find out in due time if the evidence is as insurmountable as they say.

Just wait for the trial.

He will defend himself and the fed will present their evidence.

All you cat saying he's guilty/innocent are just expressing your feelings.

Everything said now is just a reflection on how you personally feel about Diddy. When the trial starts and the Fed release what they do or don't have is when facts can come out.

50 been saying it for years. Everyone just called him a hater

True, and people been saying all this sh*t since the 90's, to be honest.

50's thing is personal, but that's not gonna land Puff in this position. He's just been the only one who hasn't been scared to speak on certain sh*t. A lot of these other people in the business are legit scared to speak, lol. But 30+ years of doing crazy sh*t catches up to you. Especially when you get gassed and start thinking it won't. Jadakiss told Puff years ago, "How long you think you gonna be able to keep doing what you do to people?" We have the answer now.

You don’t find yourself in a damn RICO case because of "rumors and smear campaigns".

Come on.

:what:
You dont find yourself in a Rico by yourself either. Never have i seen a one man Rico.

And the us attorney don’t get up there talkin about no damn baby oil and using terms like freak off instead of real hard evidence. And Stevie wonder can see the media smear campaign.

They have his staff and employees listed in the case files.

In detail, they speak about how these same people either helped him do all this sh*t, or how those same people are testifying against him. Which is why he was going around contacting them, and trying to get them not to talk. The Feds saw this and added obstruction and witness tampering to the case.

That's not a smear campaign. That's someone who's too dumb to realize they're f*cking up in plain sight. Buying mad baby oil ain't gonna result in you catching no damn charges. LOL!! The baby oil is Puff's least concern right now.

Well if you have evidence then arrest them just like in every other Rico and let them testify. That’s what the us attorney should be talking about. Not about no damn baby oil. The baby oil should be the least of the governments evidence.

This is a key point and also an example of how bad the "urban" reporting on this shyt has been. The indictment has been readily available for weeks, the case progress has been easy to follow via court sources. Yet the dominant "urban' media (ie hip hop social media pages run by Indians and white people, podcasts, etc) approach to this has been to ask if Jay-Z or other celebrities are mentioned in the RICO. No, they aren't. Diddy's employees are the ones in trouble here. We also have no real information on tapes that have allegedly been discovered yet it hasn't stopped people from declaring Kim Kardashian and others are on them.

I truly believe we can trace poison based on when it's dumped on black people first. At least a couple years before OpenAI was a thing, Young Guru came out and said some Howard IT/tech students told him that companies were feeding John Coltrane records into AI to replicate jazz records. Then when the first AI programs were released to the public they exclusively focused on creating hip hop songs, or "new" Michael Jackson songs, or "cartoon character sings gospel" etc while Spotify rolled out playlists of fake AI jazz. All of which was just a coincidence, I'm sure right. But back to the Diddy thing...all these "hip hop" aggregate social media pages? Somebody figured out that's where a lot of black people get their news and then the floodgates of misinformation, fake news, and bullshyt started. And now we're seeing the same shyt happen via pop music social media pages. The poison always hits us first. We're always the trial run.

You know they give people the opportunity to cooperate.

So if they're willing to testify, then that means they were given a deal to not get locked up for testimony. Which is what the case says. There are people that worked for Puff, even down to the housekeepers, who are willing to testify against him. So that's how these people make their cases. The lawyers are saying a lot of sh*t up there, the last thing we should be focused on is baby oil, lol.

This dude is fighting for his life because he's victimized mad people. And you're mad about a lawyer mentioning that he had mad baby oil?

Rico is A criminal organization. You arrest the organization then whoever gonna talk will talk. That is how it has always worked.

The us attorney who is suppose to be a professional and is suppose to have these mountains of evidence should have better evidence against puff than to be talkin about baby oil. Him Talking about baby oil and using terms like freak offs, is for internet fodder and trying to convict puff in the court of public opinion.

I don’t give a chit about puff but I’m still waiting to see the real evidence.

I dont understand why you have such a problem with the term freak offs by the prosecution. That's where they were called by puff and everyone involved in the case. It isnt some made up word by the prosecutor. They seem to be an important part of the case, they even gave the definition of what it is in the report. So what is the issue?

They named Sean Combs Enterprises as the basis for it.

So they're taking the employees, staff, whoever, etc. And those same people are testifying to what they witnessed. This is no different than any other RICO case that we've seen pop up in NYC since the 80's, in how it's structured. They've done their work. And if they hadn't, they wouldn't have so much evidence or cooperating witnesses. They wouldn't have been able to get dude's bail denied, and they wouldn't have had enough to get the grand jury indictment.

So like I said before, outside people might want to not read the actual indictment because they're lazy, but it's all in there. And now, they're talking about adding more charges. None of this is being done for the public. So what we don’t see doesn't matter. The people who need to see whatever evidence have, and that's why this is going down the way it is.

As a Marine , let me tell you the department of homeland security is not about to waste they time and resources on raiding “P DIDDY” if they weren’t 1000% in possession of hard evidence of some real shyt going on. This ain’t the young thug ysl trial. This is much heavier. Also you don’t know what all on them tapes or evidence they found, but they do.
