Puff has allegedly been putting assets in his children's and mom's name since the 90s, starting with song publishing. And there are trusts that can shield the assets. Dan Bilzerian's father allegedly put money in his trusts for Dan and his siblings before going to prison for white collar crimes and the feds couldn't touch them. I would think as long as the trusts were formed before the alleged crimes started, the assets can be shielded.
