Too bad the only way to change the court is to create a filibuster proof majority in Congress. Once you get that, you can finally have oversight and reform and it won't be able to be blocked

Yeah. The video is about the LGBT case and the made up case at the heart of the decision. As with this and the student loan case, the court is making massive decisions on cases that have no standing. The court is not following the rules so they need oversight. The only way to get oversight is through Congress, and the only way you can pull that off, is with a filibuster proof majority, because the Republicans will block any sort of reform

Democrats can lose one out of West Virginia, Montana, Ohio, Arizona, Maine, Nevada, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania.
They're almost certainly fukked in West Virginia. So they MUST keep every other one of those, including Montana and Ohio. And they basically have zero chance for pickups anywhere.

No but Roe might.... Or the gay ruling might.... The thing about what the republicans did which to me shows a lack of foresight on their part is they attacked all parts of the big tent party. In theory some of these decisions should have been stalled and then heard after than election.
