They should set-up YouTube channels with 90 minute cuts, All-22 cam for all football games they have rights to.

Setup Commercials every 10 minutes.

Bang, new revenue stream

YouTube is the new TV. You can go there and find content for any niche you're interested in. There aren't any sports personalities taking advantage of it. ESPN could find some young talent and get some YT shows going that people can watch on the go. Get some vlogs going. It's cheap content. I'm surprised a young beat reporter hasn't gotten a camera and vlogged.

If you are on air talent for FOX Sports, CBS Sports,NBC Sports or any other sports network I would keep my mouth shut and not be so giddy this is happening to ESPN for this main reason.

The free agent pool is now full I won't be surprised if Ed Werder goes to NFL Network or Andy Katz goes to FOX/CBS Sports. Talented people got laid off which now means they can go elsewhere for either equal or a little less than what ESPN was paying them which would make some people at the other networks now expendable. You're really expendable if you're making high 6 to low 7 figures a year and are not bringing in the numbers or you don't do other assignments.
