ATL - Cleveland Ave.
Marc Jackson, Antonio Davis, Bruce bowen will get bounced

Antonio Pierce and either schelerth or Jeff Saturday will get bounced
Have any notable black ESPN personalities been bounced yet? I think they're ultimately trying to emulate the success of Turner Sports-- particularly Inside the NBA, and you only get that with black athletes and non-uptight white athletes/talking heads beside them.

Just look at NBA countdown and the graphics they throw up now. It's just like Inside now pretty much. I have no doubt they're going to add a post-game show eventually.

No Steve Job's wife isn't the largest shareholder of Disney.
Robert Iger, the current CEO is the single largest shareholder of disney.
DIS Major Holders | Insider Transactions | Walt Disney Company (The) Commo Stock - Yahoo Finance

Disney like every other major company has a secession of CEO plan in place, and if they didn't and Iger was to step down the Board of Trustees would select a new CEO. This shyt is common
Actually both of us are wrong, Vanguard is currently the biggest shareholder, Bob Iger is largest shareholder among the directors. But in 2016 Steve Jobs wife was the largest shareholder after selling half her stake in the company she still owns about 4% of Disney which comes out to 64,000,000 shares which is more than the 1,400,000 shares Bob Iger holds.
Page 68 on the Disney Proxy Report states Steve Jobs wife owns 8% of the company in 2016.

back in 2012 folks were talking about the ESPN bubble popping. End of the day they overspent when it was obvious folks were on the brink of cutting cable more and more. When the NFL/NBA contracts came up folks reallyyyyy should've known major cuts were coming. ESPN pays good money so folks had these L's coming. I will say some of the cuts are very surprising tbh but a lot of them aren't.

Also it's good to see the folks who kept Skipper's dikk in their mouth when Bill got fired get their day yesterday :troll:

You know Deadspin is loving this shyt. Seems like they were beefing with ESPN for a minute.

Nope both of use aren't wrong. I specifically said individual shareholder, not largest shareholder for a reason.
THe Lauren inherited the trust run by steve jobs, which is a legal enity , not an individual.

They should set-up YouTube channels with 90 minute cuts, All-22 cam for all football games they have rights to.

Setup Commercials every 10 minutes.

Bang, new revenue stream

it doesn't hurt, but she definitely enjoys doing her job and it shows.
Ad revenue for TV (even cable) still dwarfs most on demand stuff. Cable isn't the only player, but TV will always be needed for live events and ad buyers will break their necks for spots at those times. Its coming but its not there yet.

No, poor programming and editorial choices killed them. There's no fukking reason for NFL Live to be a thing in fukking May when MLB is hitting form. Nor is there a reason for fukking Sportcenter to be on for 6 hours a day. NOR should there be channels for ONLY college sports (which bloats your infrastructure 100 fold) or even specific conferences.

And First Take was their only MORNING show people were talking about. PTI/ATH/Highly Questionable and now Jemele and Mike are all shows with good followings...and those are a part of the early evening/rush hour block.

The 30 for 30 series has been some of the best shyt they done in the past 15 years. And they STILL haven't really touched on HUGE content pools like Brazilian and European soccer. Hell, they need to do one on the cultural phenomenon that was "And 1 basketball" in the 2000's.
They have had 30 for 30 shorts on soccer and they had a 2 hour one on the Sheffield stampede. They also did the 30 for 30 about the Escobar own goal
