Thought it was very good.

Good acting by all involved and an interesting story. Enjoyed the football twist to it and it's the first time in a long time DeNiro was enjoyable

Most realistic part was that B-rad was a substitute teacher.

I didnt get to see it today because my gf got upset w/ me again last night and is doing her 2-3 day silent BS, so this will be like the 4th weekend we havent spent any time together. Im seriously thinking about ending this shyt

I know DDL is going to win the Oscar, but I really think Joaquin should get it.

As far as best picture..I like Amour, The Master , Django or Argo

so you knew all along the story was an allegory to his mom and himself and humanity

I expect it to clean up on all the awards, and im really peeved dude wasnt nominated for Best Actor too.

Nah it was predictable in the sense that I knew what was gonna happen as soon as that ship sank ..it was too cliche for my taste.


nevertheless a stunning film and def a great performance from young dude...but better movies came out last year & you know it too.
