Rode on the trainer last night. I think I'm gonna buy a new one. This fluid one is just too fcking inconsistent. When it gets hot the resistance skyrockets. Ordered a magnetic one. It's louder but way more consistent. I have noise cancelling headphones and ride in the garage so that's a non issue. I was able to go faster but then I'd hit a speed and the shyt would overheat. It's getting

I think I have the protocol dialed in though. A lot of it is just doing what I did on the last cut:
- Close the eating AND drinking window as early as possible. I started this cut drinking diet soda + iced tea and shyt like right before bed. I think that water was masking shyt at the beginning and making my weigh ins inconsistent. Thats pretty much done now.
- Back to the big mamajama whey shakes. I tried to stick to the dainty 100g shakes I was doing in my bulk but fukk that. Back up to the 130g I did on the last cut. Makes a HUGE difference. Keeps me full as hell during the afternoon. Crazy what a difference 30g makes.
- Let go of the carb dream
It's pretty much a given now that at least 1 of my 2 meals is gonna be a plate of seasoned lean meat. It is what it is. I can still live a little bit... I'm pretty sure I'm gonna grab a double cheeseburger from Wendys for lunch today. Or maybe some chicken fingers from Popeyes. But for the most part...
I'm thinking coming in strong with the cardio is making a difference too. I feel good on the bike. 1 hour of riding at ~150-160BPM is no problem. With the weather getting good I'm gonna go beast mode
Feeling good in the gym as well. Bench is off but what's new? We gon make it :scumbag:
