Legs went OK. Did shoulders too. Had a shytty fat bar for front squats so I couldn't get comfortable. Also front squats seem to fukk with my right ankle. Like it wants to collapse inside. If it gets to bother me a lot I might fukk with back squats again. Just hope those don't aggravate my knees again. Something's up with my right leg... I can't win :mjcry:

Everything else went OK except I was burnt by the time I got to RDLs. Gonna keep pushing through but after the diet break I think I might drop those down to once a week.

DEFINITELY doing that diet break in June, I need it. My mood is changed. Can't get greedy either, a good slice of that was probably water. Still though, 2lb a week :udgoraw: This bodes well for my future cuts as I am really hoping to never have to cut more than like 10-15lbs MAX. So to only have to slog for like 1-2 months at a time, instead of the 6+ months of cutting I did last year, will def be nice and conducive to dem gainz cuh

A little disappointed... I rode for an hour last night, worked up a little sweat. But I had to rehydrate after. One way or another barring all out catastrophe I should be in the 180s next week. Cannot fukking WAIT for this diet break. I lost 2lbs since Monday brehs :dead:

I think the huge losses this week got me a little too cocky. We will see what happens tomorrow morning. Stayed flat at 190.6 this morning, hit bench/lat pulldowns and arms. Went well. Cant believe I have dumped 8 lbs in a month and gained a little strength. It's crazy. Def indulged today though. Well a little bit. I think I hit 2200kcal which is a little high and I'm guesstimating 1000 of that from Thai food. Mite be higher. Protein was def low today, prob like 175-200g tops. No biggies though. Back at it tomorrow. Was feeling like shyt Friday so I needed to carb up.

Paying for yesterday. I needed it though. I do feel a lot better. Kind of thinking I might skip that diet break week now.... a high carb weekend once a month seems to be enough to get me back in alignment. Thinking about it now, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturday mornings are the best times to weigh in.... Tuesday and Friday is after the ride so sometimes I get false losses and Sunday/Monday I'm probably holding water from the weekend. By Wednesday my hydration protocol is back in order. So we'll see what happens.

Rode outside last night. A little less than pleasant. Was just a hair too cold out and my legs were still sore. O yea, switched back to back squats since front squats were bothering my ankles. Hit 3x8x255 I think. Not GREAT but not terrible. Won't be a problem to bring that up quickly in a surplus.

Got upper body stuff today... hoping I can blaze through it

My legs are still kind of beat though. Been saying it since the jump but I'm definitely gonna get to a point where I'm probably gonna have to prioritize cardio over legs since I know my legs recover strength quickly. Thinking about that though, I never did get back to my 5x325 on back squats. That's gonna be a target for the next bulk.

2 back to back rough days... went out with some friends last night, had indulgent ass nachos, a steak dinner and a few beers :francis: Today I have a work lunch, but I have a plan, I think. Gonna have my shake right before I leave, and hopefully have a salad. This shyt fukked up my workouts for this week too as I was hoping to put in twork for lunchbut it is what it is. Got a ride tonight... debating whether to ride inside or out. If I ride inside I will probably go a little longer.

Yea..... 3 out of 7 days way over... we are skipping leg day; gonna ride outside tomorrow and hit the trainer on Monday. Gotta get back on track

Doing 20 mins HIIT on the bike every morning.
4 times a week doin 30 - an hour on the cross trainer too... my legs :to:
