Woke up today in the mid 193s. Overate a good bit yesterday... 2 burgers, some cake, whey shake, leftover Middle Eastern food. I'm.... backed up. Hopefully once I get back in my routine I can have morning weigh ins in the low 193s/high 192s.

Crazy thing is, well so far anyway, strength is definitely holding... gaining on accessory lifts. Hopefully that holds true all the way down to 180.

Weighed in at 194.2 this morning. I rode last night but I had a whey shake right before bed. Gonna close the window early tonight and see what it do tomorrow.

Hit CAB for lunch. Went well. Separating bench from other moves and I think my little mini weekend refeed helped... moved more weight on bench easily. I think I'm gonna switch back to lat pulldowns for my main pulling movement.... chins are too inconsistent and I definitely got a lot weaker on pulldowns. On my last cut I was pulling down 210-220x10. Now depending on the machine I'm lucky to hit 200. We gonna see though :leostare:

Hoping I can close that feeding window early AF tonight to get a good weigh in tomorrow. That shyt is critical.

0.2 down a day 3 days in a row....I'll take it! :russ: Weigh in this morning was with a good amount of water late last night too. Looking forward to see what my dry + empty weight will be Saturday afternoon.

That hunger is def starting to set in though. I was feeling good from that refeed Tuesday but was dragging ass by yesterday. I haven't been sleeping as well as I could though. Doing light accessory shyt today.... shoulder press/t bar rows, arm superset, pec flys and lateral raises. Should go quick and easy but we will see. I'm hoping I can keep it cleaner this weekend... got a little BBQ but it's gonna be clean. Nothing else going on.

Gonna ride tonight. Got that new trainer but I want to ride outside. They are talking about rain though. One way or another I am putting in twork.

Ride was short but it was hot AF.... very sweaty. Had to be mostly water. Got the new trainer... it's no joke :whoo: Resistance is a good bit higher. Have to ride slower. Now I'm just going by heart rate x time. 120-130 for an hour is good enough for me.
In any case we will see what the dry weight is tomorrow. Trying to see what fast food indulgence I'm gonna do for lunch today :jbhmm:

Hit legs/shoulders/back today. I don't know if it's the deficit or low quality sleep, but I couldn't even finish the workout today. Gotta get a good night's sleep. Not sure if more is the answer.... I need better sleep. Esp in the deficit. I do think I'm gonna do a diet break first week of June and then push through to the end of July.

CAB went well. Really liking lat pulldowns and kind of bummed I spent the last year fukking with chins. My lats feel stretched and sore. Hit 230 for 17 total reps on flat bench which is good... gotta see how long it took for my bench to fall off on the last cut but I'm feeling good now. Got through all 5 sets of arm work too

Thinking/hoping this drop somewhat sticks... big drop after the ride last week was mostly water but it was cool AF in the garage yesterday so I didn't sweat much. We will see though.

I think I'm going to see what creatine is about on the next bulk. Last time I tried it was a long time ago. I wasn't lean at all, didn't have my diet or lifting game in order at all. Now I will be able to see what its effects really are. Last time I thought it made me hold too much water but again I was already doughy. We will see what happens this time
