Took a different route outside. Much less hilly though I did have to deal with more traffic. I liked it. Beats sitting on the machine and I get a better workout but it's not as grueling as the loop around my house. I will definitely be hitting this up for this cut, especially as it warms up

I think this weekend is the last hurrah. I was gonna start the cut this weekend but that kind of makes no sense. I will taper down during the weekend but officially start on Monday

FACK.

Well first the good of today. Got through legs and shoulders. 3x8x205 on front squats went easy all the way to the end. Paused on the last set. Figured out how to secure the bar.... basically have to choke myself :huhldup: It works though. No problems. Got through most of everything else. I thought I would drop back to squatting once a week but I'm gonna stick with my regular routine these next few weeks.

The bad.... found a bag of white fudge pretzels... KILLED IT :snoop:. Then went to Dennys with fam and had a double cheeseburger before my meal. Had a intra workout shake, post workout whey shake and I still have to have my kale shake and it's only 5:30 :dead: So basically today is going to be a ~3,000 kcal day that ends at like 6:30 :snoop: As hungry as I am though I think if I am diligent with the cardio I can get away with like 2300kcal/day and still hit my goals. That's still pretty awful but livable. Main thing will be to stretch these calories the fukk ouuuuttttt and renew my friendship with hunger :mjcry:

Chest arms back

Actually went OK. Forearms are kind of mincemeaty though :lupe: But I got 3x6x230 on flat bench off and got through all my arm shyt.

I think with my next bulk I'm gonna add some more volume on my compounds. Do 5 sets but make the last 3 lower weight. So for flat bench I would do like 2x6x245 and then drop down to 3x6x235. I usually peak on my 2nd set so dropping down for the last 3 will hopefully make things easier and make for more growth. We'll see.

Not sure if I'm gonna do legs and shoulders together or apart. I will see how I feel tomorrow. Leaning towards just getting it all done and saving Thursday for a long ride.

Man that extra half hour of sleep seems to be going a long way. Hit legs and shoulders today. Got a little greedy, tried to superset squats with upright rows. That was a no-no. Other than that it went about as well as I could want it to. Shoulders are kinda singing right now. Going forward I think I'm gonna separate leg day from shoulders if I can, and get some extra volume in too.
