Well first the good of today. Got through legs and shoulders. 3x8x205 on front squats went easy all the way to the end. Paused on the last set. Figured out how to secure the bar.... basically have to choke myself
It works though. No problems. Got through most of everything else. I thought I would drop back to squatting once a week but I'm gonna stick with my regular routine these next few weeks.
The bad.... found a bag of white fudge pretzels... KILLED IT
. Then went to Dennys with fam and had a double cheeseburger before my meal. Had a intra workout shake, post workout whey shake and I still have to have my kale shake and it's only 5:30
So basically today is going to be a ~3,000 kcal day that ends at like 6:30
As hungry as I am though I think if I am diligent with the cardio I can get away with like 2300kcal/day and still hit my goals. That's still pretty awful but livable. Main thing will be to stretch these calories the fukk ouuuuttttt and renew my friendship with hunger
