Haven't checked in a while. What are you trying to cut towards scale wise?
Breh the cut wasnt supposed to start till April

I lost all that weight from being sick.... feeling better though. I was in the low 200s not even a week ago. Sunday & Monday I prob had like 1500kcal total max.

Hoping to get down to 175-180, rebound to 190, eventually go no higher than 185. Not trying to be a Mr Olympia ass nikka.... just got my BP done, 122/77 with a resting heart rate of 57 :obama:.

I just need to get my appetite back. Flat as a motherfukker right now.

I am feeling better though. Back at work. I think I will be ready to lift again this weekend. WTF though. I know I'm dehydrated. Piss is damn near orange. Appetite is coming back too. Don't feel like I'm dying. Prob a lot to ask but I'm hoping I can just get right back into it. Gonna carb the fukk up heavy and rehydrate today and tomorrow. Hopefully not miss too much of a step, and get the cut started around tax day.

CAB went OK.... hit 205 on flat bench for 8, 8, 7.... hope I can hit it for 3x9 next week. TPDs/curls are down, def gotta build my endurance back up. Def feeling DOMSy.

Gonna do shoulders/hams and some hill training on the bike tomorrow if the weather permits.

Gonna move back to a 5 day split.... do legs Wednesday, shoulders + extra arms Thursday. Gonna fall back on that hill training shyt. I think I can handle the volume in the cut.... just not in big chunks. Slogging through my legs/shoulders workout was the roughest part of Sunday.

Gonna ride tonight.... Cloud9 better come up off that M&V episode 7 :aicmon:

Hit legs

Didnt realize how much damage that time off did. Legs are screaming. Only got 8, 8, 3 of 205 on front squats though I think I could have pushed out a turd of a set of 8 on that last one. Interesting thing is I forgot my sleeves and just said fukk it. Went fine, knees feel good. One thing I realized is I was going a little too narrow.... my "natural" stance is a little wider than what I was doing with sleeves. Def gonna keep that in mind.

Hit CAB yesterday. Bench x6 was so-so. I think I got 230x5, 6, 2 or 3. I would really like to comfortably hit 3x6x235 before I start my cut. Might have to up the calories a good amount to help recovery along. I'm at like 80-85% on my big lifts. Still feeling a *little* sick too. Prob not 100% recovered but it is what it is. Taking what I can get.

Hit shoulders, back and arms. 3x9 military press took a hit. I think I'm gonna stick with 3x9 on that... I have a way easier time with 3x5 but I want that hypertrophy brehs. Plus heavy military press is kind of spooky :unsure: Incline curls took a big ass hit too :what: I was hitting them for 3x10x35/arm no problem, now I'm skruggling with 30. Triceps are OK though. Gotta fukking eat more and get back up

Hit chest arms back. Been carb loading a lot, trying to get my weight back up. Much beddah. Hit 205x8,8,9 on flat bench and got through 4 arm supersets at 80lbs. Feeling good for legs/shoulders tomorrow. Still a bit DOMSy though.

Like I said Thursday.... switching to high rep only for shoulder press. That seems to be much slower gaining than low rep shyt and I want them pumpkins.

Tried to do legs/shoulders. Powered my way through squats but I ate too much today. Feels like trying to work out after Thanksgiving dinner. I'm usually a little off during night workouts but I felt way off tonight. Got through squats and shoulder press though so I'm happy. Should be able to kill it during the week God willing.

I didn't weigh myself, but it looks like I'm basically back up to where I was strength wise before I got sick, but like 3-4lb lighter. I'll take it :blessed: If I can hit 3x5-6x235 on flat bench tomorrow I'm gonna start the cut this weekend. I feel good knock on wood. Still a little bummed because I basically made no strength gains over this "bulk" though again I had a lot of form tightening up to do, but it's all good. Learned a lot over the last year or so. This cut should go nicely though. Well as good as a cut can go.

Mixed reviews

Got greedy with that 235. Should have played my position and went for 3x6x230 on flat bench. Rest of the workout went well though. Got through all 5 supersets of arm shyt

Thinking about changing the pulleys on my home gym rack. The pulleys at my work gym are so smooth. Might need to lube the weight carriage too.

Legs and shoulders tomorrow... we will see what happens. I feel pretty good but I felt good before I went in today too.
