Marijuana can't it remain in the blood stream for weeks in trace levels??? So she lit up 1 month back and it caused her to somehow become violent with the officer?

How many more excuses will be made before Black people realize they need to leave the following states: FL, TX, GA, AL. And probably more. Yes we have the NYPD up here but they are being throttled right now politically.

There is no political recourse for Blacks in the South right now who are abused by police. Half of them don't even get money when they are deserving of a payout.

i would just like to add that if she alluded to depression in the past (which seems that way based on the facebook video she posted)..and was perhaps off medication..then even though her upcoming sentencing or whatever was to happen in court would seem minor based on her career/life trajectory, she may have worried and relapsed into depression if she believed that the arrest would have resulted in her losing the job she just got. i still find it hard to believe that she would be able to hang herself, especially considering she was placed in that cell because she was deemed a threat to herself and others but idfk at this point.

Ditto. I looked at it and everything is the same. How narrowly open the eyes are, shadows on face, etc.

The only difference is the lack of pupils and her eyes are now white instead of red from crying.

In fact, I could have done that in 3 minutes tops in photoshop.

I've been to jail a bunch of times in different states and I've never had a mugshot taken in a jumpsuit. One of the first things they do in booking once you get to processing is take your pic in whatever street clothes you came in, because they can't officially book you into custody at the jail until they inventory your belongings, fingerprint you, do your processing form, etc.

Plus, you're rarely dressed out (given jail clothes, shoes, etc) before going before the bond judge and just sit in a holding cell until bond court. Even if you get a monetary bond you'll be in your street clothes for up to a few days while they give you time to make bond.

But for minor infractions them lazy fukks at the jail don't want to have to take them time to dress you out because you're more than likely to get a PR bond.

Black folks can't even afford to like in NYC and you think its better there?

Before all this shyt happened I was advocating to leave NYC. But the reality is we are not safe as Black Folk on the roads especially in the boonies - And NYC you don't have to drive. That is one less area they can get us. So I'm not sure but if you had a job offer here you should come here.

Now I am conflicted, because I hate this city and it's not the NYC I grew up in back in the day. It has become all commercialized and shyt and that is another discussion. But all eyes are on the police here and you won't be a rotting corpse in some Texas jail cell.

People will take out the camera phone here just like that White dude did except there will be 10 of them watching and they will be more hesitant to do that head bashing shyt.

And if you survive the ordeal you will get paid out the ass. Even if you don't - Your family getting paid. They gave Eric Garner family $5 million.

We talking about the lesser of two evils here. It's unfortunate but that's what the situation in America is right now.

Now as for me I'm trying to get out of America PERIOD. But it's not easy.
