I read that it has a five hour campaign

Like with Knack, I would wait for the Twitch streams to determine if it's bad or not.

Knack got bad reviews for critics but turned out to actually be a fun game and many users agree.

i think the repetitive combat system is probably the most disappointing thing about this game next to the five hour campaign. i can't imagine why i would want to buy a hack n slash game that has about as many combat options as a zelda title for the gameboy

Great part about this gen launch is some of these buy-back promos ie: BB giving you guaranteed $40 credit for trading in a next-gen title before Jan 2. So, as long as you can get a decent deal off the bat, you can pretty much buy/try/love/hate/finish and give it back for next to no loss.
