I could have posted multiple statements each from the Squad members, they broadcast it both through their social media as well as their official office channels. Some folk on here literally hate liberals more than they hate war.
Classic WOAT establishment media move when they don't want to stand by a statement, instead of making the claim themselves or even sourcing the claim, they throw out an ambiguous, "Some people say that you..." and then can say any fukking thing on the end of that statement with no evidence, because they didn't say it, just "some people say."

Do you even realize how chickenshyt it is to make a claim without evidence, not bother to research the claim, and then refuse to take responsibility for the claim afterwards? Nearly all wars are instigated by either ego, greed, or a desire for more power. All other motives for war comprise an insignificant minority behind those three.

So you're going to double down by lying again? The anti-invasion statement was 4 paragraphs long. USA and NATO's culpability were only mentioned in ONE sentence in the final paragraph, and UN wasn't blamed at all.
On Russia's Invasion of Ukraine - Democratic Socialists of America (DSA)
The Democratic Socialists of America condemns Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and demands immediate diplomacy and de-escalation to resolve this crisis. We stand in solidarity with the working classes of Ukraine and Russia who will undoubtedly bear the brunt of this war, and with antiwar protestors in both countries and around the world who are calling for a diplomatic resolution.
This extreme and asymmetrical escalation is an illegal act under the United Nations Charter and severely threatens the livelihoods and well-being of working-class peoples in Ukraine, Russia, and across the region. We urge an immediate ceasefire and the total withdrawal of Russian forces from Ukraine.
There is no solution through war or further intervention. This crisis requires an immediate international antiwar response demanding de-escalation, international cooperation, and opposition to unilateral coercive measures, militarization, and other forms of economic and military brinkmanship that will only exacerbate the human toll of this conflict.
DSA reaffirms our call for the US to withdraw from NATO and to end the imperialist expansionism that set the stage for this conflict. We call on antiwar activists in the US and across the world to oppose violent escalations, demand a lasting diplomatic solution, and stress the crucial need to accept any and all refugees resulting from this crisis. Much of the next ten years are coming into view through this attack. While the failures of neoliberal order are clear to everyone, the ruling class is trying to build a new world, through a dystopic transition grounded in militarism, imperialism, and war. That's literally their most recent official statement of any type on their website, so bytching that it's a "single post" is disingenuous as well. Are they supposed to regularly re-post shyt they've already said? Well, guess what, on Twitter they've reposted it on at least two occasions, so your "single post" claim is false as well:

What am I lying about? You're right that the UN wasn't directly blamed but is it implied by "unilateral coercive measures"?! Even though I would disagree with that assessment, I have a feeling the writers of this statement would not lol.
Why are they blaming the US and NATO? Where is the US and NATO's imperialist expansion? How did the US and NATO set the stage for this conflict? Neoliberal order? Wtf?
This DSA statement is inadequate to flat out wrong and they haven't issues a new statement since the brunt of atrocities that Russia has committed in this war were exposed and continue be perpetrated to this second.
Russia is committing the worst crimes against humanity in Ukraine and domestically right now in history and this is the DSA statement?
They should be talking about Bucha, they should be talking about gang rapes, they should be talking forced disappearances, they should be talking about filtration camps(concentration camps), they should be talking about the Ukrainian children taken across the border and put up for adoption, they should be talking about the forced relocation of Ukrainian citizens to Russia, and they should be talking about the indiscriminate bombing of civilians.
I understand they aren't HRW or some NGO but this statement is cowardly and blaming NATO is pol tier posting
