So that's for the planes that come off the carrier. and if they launch tomahawks, they can knock them from the sky...btw...we do not have missiles that can intercept the S-400. keep that in mind. So any planes in the air...gone...as for the carrier which cost $13 billion......

Unclassified planes dont matter much. You don't deploy test military planes. If its not in production, it can't be deployed. You have to train folks in maintenance, pilots need hours in the plane, etc. There's only like 2-3 test planes before production anyways. This is why it takes a decade for planes to come out after theyve been announced. Its not that planes arent built its that they need folks trained and ready.

I mean if we're going to go there. Russia has many protocols hidden here.

Thats why their space programs is still kicking strong, present day, we piggy back off their missile, while our shuttle is discontinued. Russia knows it has limited funds, so they are very veyr cost efficient. That is why I try to tell you that spending a shyt LOAD of money means nothing. It looks great on paper, but many many problems go with being all blinged out while not focusing on effectiveness.
