Russia... militarily is "interesting". They have tech, much like the US, but the problem is, they don't have the scale like the US does. Case in point: the Mi-28 Havoc is similar to the AH-64 Apache in terms of capabilities, but they don't have a ton of them, and unlike the US and their Apache helicopters, you KNOW when a Havoc is in the air, the sound is distinctive.
