Fam thats too much breh. I used to be a personal trainer lol. He will be chubbi based on how many calories its too much for consumption lol.
You used to be a trainer and ur saying thats too many calories? 1st of all the nikka is about 6ft 215 playing weight. his normal calorie intake is probly upward of 2,500 calories. then if ur in training ur burning more calories... u need to replenish alot of those calories to keep muscle. the type of food you use to put on the calories is the big issue....and the fact that u wanna eat more times thru out the day to keep ur metabolism working harder....makes this a great plan that his nutritionist has given him.

It's not that bad, especially if you're lifting.
You can eat around 2500-3000 a day with a light work out and be fine.
The average person who doesn't do shyt recommended calorie intake is 2000 and thats men and women

This is Wilsons off season calorie intake as an NFL QB... An athletic one at that.

Imagine what runningbacks and linemen are eating

And it's probably not even high in saturated or bad fats/carbs. Calories are like gas. It gives him the motor to get out there and do what he has too and burns fat in the process without him even doing shyt. Even ice baths help you lose calories

That's a legit diet because all his carbs are fast absorbing fruits. He probably actually needs to add another protein meal to save more muscle.

Quick calculations from whats given:

Fats = eats roughly 80-100 grams depending on his cut of meat

Protein = by lunch 2 hes roughly at 140-150 grams, add in the whey, another meat dish and tag-along proteins and he probably eats his weight in protein (a cutting standard) by the end of the day (200-225).

Carbs = somewhere in the ballpark of 800 grams from majority fruit and potatoes.

4800 calories :ehh:

Keep in mind hes a high profile millionarie athlete. The supps, PEDs, therapy and technology available to him that aid in recovery and performance are profound.

i'm on a 2000 calorie diet and i haven't lost any weight.

Get tested breh that shyt ain't normal.

Pre-breakfast: Tablespoon of almond butter and a tablespoon of jam

that's really not that much.

I know this guy at my gym who does this. He's made a huge jump in physique. He says ppl are accusing him of juicing, but he's increased to 7 meals a day. He says he eats steak every day.

I think he's all natural.

If ur a pro athlete, this is easy work. Because you have someone preparing these meals for you.

It's a lot of food and cals but not really cause a lot of it is fruit and pure protein which half of which is water and he sweat out.
Dude bout to be built and lean as fukk. Just watch.
Thede idiots on this forum dont understand that cuz most of them dont work out. On top of practice and lifting he burns thru those 4900 calories easily.:smh: at these dudes saying hes going to be fat. Non working out ass mofos
