This thread reminds me of the threads in TLR where random nikkas who recently started lifting was telling me you don't have to eat 6-8 meals a day to put on weight

When you literally got a pro eating 9 to lose weight.. And that's probably because of the type of food he's eating as well as the type of training. If he was trying to bulk, he would be eating foods with higher fat/protein/carb calories and reducing his cardio while lifting heavier.

He probably works out twice a day, meaning 4800 calories ain't that bad.
And then its the type of workouts he does.

Its probably mostly cardio, explosive fullbody workouts, and drills.

He probably is not even focus on weightlifting unless it's high rep low weight shyt for maintaining.

4800 cals for a cut. Never heard of that. But im not a dietician or PT. I do know i need 3500 cals for me to see even the slightest change in bulking. Skinny guy problems.

Yes, I don't get that. Regular people who are out of shape always be so quick to call someone in shape or chiseled "on steroids" but are quick to act like one forget that regardless you still have go to the gym to workout.

You can't just take a needle or pill and sit on your ass eating ice cream and expect to get the result of cats from the Rock to professional athletes.
