It's really simple. It's all about meatabolism. He eats constantly throughout the day to trick his body to not store fat. If you only eat one or two meals a day your body doesn't know when it's next meal will be so it stores fat a higher rate. If your constantly eating it won't store as much fat. Do that wiith a "clean" diet and workout as much as he does he will add lean muscle, not fat. Similar to what The Rock does. Except Russel is probably doing more aerobics and light weight excersices .
The rock isn't clean though, he cycles for roles

Turkey club sandwich with avocado

Can of sprite

Some almonds

Caesar salad with gnocci and chicken for dinner

1 beer

A very normal eating day

Im gonna look up to see what that is

  • Breakfast = 650 calories
  • Coffee with cream = 55
  • Lunch and sprite = 690
  • 1/4 cup almonds = 162
  • Caesar = 130 calories
  • Stella artois = 174
  • Gnocchi with meat sauce = 335
  • Bread with oil and herbs = 200 calories
Thats 2400 right there with no cookies, no chips no frappachinos, no french fries, one beer, just regular ass eating.

I had a grilled cheese for lunch

A pop tart for breakfast

And a ham and cheese sandwich and chips for dinner one day last week

My stomach was screaming :francis:

then you wernt good at your job :gucci: these guys burn calories at a high clip, as a trainer you should know this :gucci: You can WALK on an INCLINED tread mill for a hour and burn 800+ calories a hour at like 3-3.5 speed :dead: These guys are doing multiple hour work outs that are way more high intense than fukking walking

Pacquiao diet during his prime was 6000-8000 calories a day
Michael Phelps was 12,000 calories a day

that 2 lbs of butter you put on your toast
or grilled your chicken in
you thinking you only used 1 tbs of ceasar dressing @ 78 calories but really you used 3..
not actually using a kitchen scale and measuring out your food/eyeballing portion size
etc
the table salt you add people dont work into their sodium intake

so yeah its very easy to be over 2400 a day
and alot of people arent seeing the loss they hope for because the numbers are innacurate

exactly. people think they eating healthy with a dinner of salmon/asparagus/salad but put 2 pats of butter on the fish when it bakes, and olive oil/butter on the asparagus and mad salad dressing on the salad and wonder why they arent trimming up. i stayed away from salad completely when i was trying to shed some lbs, had no idea just how many calories were such small amounts of most of those dressings

Fam thats too much breh. I used to be a personal trainer lol. He will be chubbi based on how many calories its too much for consumption lol.

Breh if that's your job and that's all you have to do that amount of calories is not too much.
