It's not that bad, especially if you're lifting.
You can eat around 2500-3000 a day with a light work out and be fine.

Inside Russell Wilson's nine-meal, 4,800-calorie diet to cut weight
Russell Wilson apparently eats nine meals per day, totalling 4,800 calories.
This article is a good read. The biggest quote I took away, which has been brought up on this forum:
"He came in feeling as though he was too heavy and not mobile enough," Goglia said. "And he wanted to get his weight down. He was over 225. He felt as though he needed to be leaner and stronger and more agile. And that's my wheelhouse." This is a quote from Phillip Goglia, his nutritionist, whom Ciara begged Wilson to go visit this offseason.
This diet is intended to help Wilson slim down. Here is his daily diet:

From what I heard he's already lost 12 lbs on this diet. You're right. He is trying to lose weight eating an unfathomable 4800 calories a day. I was agreeing with you.
I think there's a big difference between pizza and nuts. Pizza is full of grease and sodium. bad for your heart and blood pressure. Nuts at least have protein and vitamins.
I dont disagree I was just throwing some calories in vs calories out/if it fits your macros perspective into it. I dont condone eating junk food everyday just because you CAN, I was playing devils advocate.Yea if you want to dumb it down but what's going to keep you satiated longer, 1000 calories in 2 slices of pizza which is mostly bread and carbs or 4 chicken breasts and a couple of servings of veges? And which is going to have you hungrier and eating more throughout the day
Eating healthy is about getting more bang for your buck for those 1000 calories you consume, that simple
