Fam thats too much breh. I used to be a personal trainer lol. He will be chubbi based on how many calories its too much for consumption lol.

then you wernt good at your job :gucci: these guys burn calories at a high clip, as a trainer you should know this :gucci: You can WALK on an INCLINED tread mill for a hour and burn 800+ calories a hour at like 3-3.5 speed :dead: These guys are doing multiple hour work outs that are way more high intense than fukking walking

Pacquiao diet during his prime was 6000-8000 calories a day
Michael Phelps was 12,000 calories a day

I think peoples mind are blown because people dont associate the quarterback position with much cardiovascular activity other than the occasional scramble. A boxer is believable because they run like 10 miles a day and jump rope for hours. Average Joe's join boxing gyms with the intention of losing weight. Same could be said for swimming, which uses your entire body movement hence why swimmers have swole/ripped bodies. Let me make it clear that I understand Russell Wilson is a professional athlete and knows what hes doing but its not ridiculous that people are surprised about the caloric needs of a quarterback.
