It's common dende. Nobody goes on a diet twice the average calories a man should consume at 4800 calories to lose weight. The only way he could weight with a 4800 caloric intake is if he lifts all day, which he might.

How do you know what's too much when you don't know what his workout regiment is? And this isn't a stab at you but a lot of people who claim to be "personal trainers" don't know squat from a pullup. Their clients are the same body mass a year after they workout with them. Meals like this are pretty common in the athletic world. Chauncey Billups used to eat like 12 eggs before games and shyt:

hey breh i know dudes who gained muscle mass on 3500 cal diet but i said he prob on 3 a days so he good money. but that cac workout shyt will have him slow
