:mjlol::mjlol::mjlol: my nikkas were AGAIN hyping tf out of Fields all offseason, and he comes out dinkin & dunking for easy completions, then when he needs to throw he's fumbling and throwing pick 6's.

My Homie: Stop blaming fields it's NOT his fault!!!
*very next play fields fumbles the ball*
*next series fields throws a pick 6*
Me: :sas1:

Fields could very well be a good player, he's shown flashes...but it's never happening w/ the Bears. Too much top-down mismanagement in this organization

Breh, that packers team waltzed into Chicago w/ a brand new QB, had zero intimidation of the bears at all, and blew the bears off the fukking field.

Announcers were saying "the bears have been doing a great job making Justin fields comfortable" ...like MFer I'd hope so, he hasn't thrown the ball further than 4 yards all game. How tf you think you're going to win games like this? This is year 3, if you're not comfortable, it's not finna happen.

Fields' QBR 21.7 :snoop:

Watched some of the All 22. shyt playcalling but he left a good amount of meat on the bone. Missed some things you just shouldn’t in year 3. I’ll eat the crow this week. Might need to take the goofy visor off.

I have no idea what the Bears are doing. They didn't even capitalize on the one thing he does do well which is run. How many called run plays for the QB were there?

I’m out on Justin Fields :hubie:

I was a fan coming out of college and I wanted the Niners to draft him in 2021 but I don’t think he’s gonna last too much longer as a starter. It doesn’t help being on the Bears but this is Year 3 and there’s been very little progression as a passer

I could see him succeeding in a place with an incredible O-Line and a Defense that can make up for some mistakes. It just isn't going to happen with the Bears. Unless Chicago is able to draft a generational talent at QB, the Bears won't be making any real playoff runs for a long ass time.

He never has time to throw, but he also holds onto the ball so long. He's good when he runs but he also coughs up the ball too often.

O-Line play is shaky around the league

The best way to overcome that is getting rid of the ball quick and on time, which is clearly Justin’s biggest flaw. He holds onto the ball too long and the offense is rarely in rhythm

I really want to be wrong, but I don’t think his issues are correctable

He would look better with us though. We are a loaded team.

That interception was horrible but his o-line was attrocious and the defense was ass yesterday.

Fields gotta know he ain't Daniel Jones so he's not gonna get chance after chance and a bag even with bad olines. But it is Game 1 and he wasn't THAT bad outside of that interception.

He's shown the work ethic so hopefully he'll respond next week.

He’d probably be pretty nice on the 9ers. A competent organization always helps, let alone a team talented enough to contend.

He’d definitely look better with us

My question is would Justin look better than Purdy? :mjpls:

As a runner, no question. As a passer, I’m not too sure

Bears need to be a run first team. They have a plethora of backs and fields is a weapon in the run game. Don't try to make him a josh Allen type qb.
