All I know is he not making it through the year healthy at this rate :damn:

Running too much and getting clobbered. Bears gotta reign that shyt in, or maybe they don’t care. Win at any cost bc they don’t fully trust him as the future

That’s literally the only way he can move the ball. If he cuts back on running they won’t even be able to cross midfield.

he looked like dog shyt last year too. This isnt a one game hot take. nikka is Jay cutler 2.0....Just throws INTs to Packers every game and lose. nikkas hasnt made one throw that should give hope unless the WR is wide open.
Cooked this nikka :dead:

I thought the Bears had a good draft but after Sunday I'm left wondering why they didn't go harder on the trenches. They got pushed around. No pressure from their d-line, and the o-line didn't look good.

That being said at the end of the day the QB is still a problem. Too early to call him a bust but I'm seeing Bears fans losing patience already. A lot of that prob has to do with the weird expectations the team had. You don't go from the #1 pick in the draft to a good team. They were always gonna struggle but the goal was for Fields to look like a franchise QB. I got a bad feeling they'll be moving on after this season.

Purdy makes quck decisions and has good anticipation, so absolutely no chance Fields would be better as a passer
A few different sources have hinted the reason Shanny had no interest in him was he hated how Fields processed information, which ties directly into quick decisions and anticipation like you mentioned.

On the flip side that was something they loved about Trey. He did great when they threw everything on the white board at him during draft visits, just never got a chance to see it through with the injuries and lack of reps.

tbf they used their 1st on RT, and 2nd & 3rd round picks on the DL. Rookies take time to develop. It would have been nice to add some more pieces in FA tho
