Im glad I donโt squat or do conventional deadlifts anymore.
I stopped doing squats and deadlifts when I hit 28.
Back then I was working out in the gym late night around 12am and I would be in there at the same time as some older brothers who was retired, and I would chop up game with them about life and other things.
One day I was doing legs and hitting my squats and one of the brothers pulled me aside and told if I want to be in a wheelchair or on crutches when I get old keep doind sqauts, those squats mess up your knees and hips.
I remember a couple years ago these clowns who call themselves gym influence were all talking about heavy sqauts and you should be squatting, and now they do not even do squats anymore, because they were fukking themselves up.
Now in the gym the squat and leg area is empty, because people were fukking themselves up.
