Star Wars has grown far beyond just oooooh look it's a skywalker and ooh look some light sticks and look ooh that nikka moved shyt with his mind!

One thing this movie set was how gritty the war was between the empire and rebels. The storm troopers falling left and right. Rebels getting blown up and dying. It was real war

the first hour of this movie was fukking boring as shyt. i never seen any of the previous star wars so thats probably why. the last 45 minutes of this movie was pretty good


darth vader going ham was worth the admission alone. nikka was badass!!!

In retrospect, I think those reshoots were done to ensure that the transition to ANH would be seamless. I mean they REALLY paid attention even to the finest detail....

Case in point.... why NOW I noticed a MISSING SEAT in this scene....

I like how Tarkin is able to hide his sick amusement of a man getting choked to death in this scene. As a matter of fact, I think everyone in the room was kind of like .

Makes me sad this might be the last time we see Vader considering the age of James Earl Jones.

This shyt killed tfa. Not the best character development but the ending was great. Vader is still the baddest man in the galaxy

5 minutes and crushed buildings. Dude knows how to make an entrance. I wish the lowkey let him let the dudes at the end go. Like a noticeable split second of hesitation go hint there's a little bit of anakin in there
