I loved it when back in the day every team had a star. Mitch Richmond on the Kings. Terrell Brandon on the Cavs. Every team on NBA Live 98 other than the Clippers was playable.

97-2000 wasn't really great time for the NBA. most of young players who came to the league in the early 90s were either often-injured or just lazy, and the superstars of the 80s were getting really old.
